The UM-102B is a popular Mercury free sphygmomanometer from A&D Medical. It has a similar specification as the UM-102A but this type B version is an upright model that can be stand mounted (stand sold separately) and is also ideal for use on desktops as it takes up minimal space.

Designed for professional use, it allows clinicians to record accurate blood pressure measurements using the "Gold Standard" Auscultatory measurement technique whilst listening for Korotkoff sounds with a stethoscope (not included).
