Repair and Test
We are a Service Centre and UK Distributor for a number of innovative medical device companies from around the world including Meditech, A&D Medical, Hokanson and Atys.
Our UK service centre is accredited to the ISO-9001 Quality Standard and is Practice Index approved.
When a piece of equipment is returned to us for service, calibration or repair, it is subject to an approved individual Work Instruction, which consists of a series of up to 70 detailed steps our own Service Engineers must follow and which the product must pass in accordance with the manufacturers' service manuals.
Our service can include the priority collection of your equipment from your premises using our courier, work on the equipment at our ISO-9001 approved service centre and the return of your equipment with appropriate test certificates. We aim to return your medical equipment within three to five working days of receipt, although some repairs can take longer.

Meditech ABPM and Holter ECG
In order to ensure continued patient safety, accuracy and reliability of your Meditech ABPM, regular servicing, testing and calibration is essential. When your Meditech ABPM is returned to us for service or repair, it is subject to an approved individual Work Instruction, which consists of a series of detailed steps our Engineers must follow and which the product must pass in accordance with the manufacturer's service manuals. When your equipment has passed a test certificate is issued.
If your Meditech ABPM monitor displays the fault code E90 or E99 contact us for repair.
We are the exclusive Meditech UK and Ireland Service Centre and Distributor approved by Meditech to service, repair and calibrate their products. We are independently audited to the ISO-9001 Quality Standard to repair and support specialist medical equipment. Having your Meditech ABPM serviced by us also entitles you to our Premier Remote assist training and telephone technical support. We offer a courier collection service and quick turnaround service typically within 3-5 working days.

A&D Medical Waiting Room BP
We are an authorised official A&D service and repair centre. We service the TM-2655P and TM-2657P waiting room blood pressure monitor according to A&D Medicals recommended guidelines using genuine parts and their recommended test equipment.
To service the monitor correctly entails stripping down the device. It is not the same as a desktop BP monitor and typically takes around 60-75 minutes to complete. When your TM-2655P or TM-2657P is returned to us for service or repair, it is subject to an approved individual Work Instruction, which consists of a series of detailed steps our Engineers must follow and which the product must pass in accordance with the manufacturer's service manuals. This includes checking the safety release mechanism ensuring patient safety. When your equipment has passed a test certificate is issued.

A&D Medical Digital Blood Pressure Monitors
We are an authorised official A&D service and repair centre. We can test, calibrate and repair all UA and UM blood pressure monitors including the UA-767, UA-767S, UA-779, UA-787, UA-767PC, UA-767 Plus 30, UA-767PBT-Ci, UA-1010, UA-611, UA-651, UM-101 and UM-102A. A&D blood pressure monitors are designed and manufactured for a long service life. However it is generally recommended to have the device inspected every 2 years to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.
We service and calibrate digital blood pressure monitors according to A&D's recommended guidelines using genuine parts and their recommended test equipment.
